  • Recognition of the CAL First Leadership Cohort at a From the Top radio taping at Jordan Hall: Saturday, January 29, 2011


II. PROJECT DESIGN

Planning the projects with your team and community partner: February 2011

  • On-site project work
  • Off-site independent work
  • Regular team meetings


III. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Doing the project: March - November 2011

  • On-site team meetings
  • Two off-site gatherings of full cohort to share experiences, challenges and resources (March 6 or 7 AND May 8 or 9, dates to be confirmed later)


IV. SUSTAINING

Sharing the learning and transition planning: December 2011 - January 2012

  • Project exhibition and celebration
  • Transition planning at each project site
