Boston Class of 2011

Working in teams with four young professional mentors, 20 high school and early college musicians from the Greater Boston area were challenged to take their music beyond the concert hall and promote positive change within five community partner sites. The arts leaders dedicated 20 hours per month for 12 months to this program and were supported by From the Top staff as they explored their own capabilites as leaders and the transformative power of music to create community, improve people's lives, and affect social change.

A new class of arts leaders will be invited to apply in the Spring of 2012 for the 2012-2013 school year. Applications will be available in late February 2012.
