Apply to Be Part of From the Top's 2013-2014 Community Performance Series

From the Top is pleased to offer the From the Top 2013-14 Community Performance Series, a project of From the Top's Center for the Development of Arts Leaders Boston. The series brings performances by young musicians to diverse venues – assisted living facilities, hospitals, libraries, and museums in Boston.

We are now accepting applications from high school sophomores to post college graduates, with exemplary musical performance skills and a passion for sharing classical music with diverse audiences in various community settings.

  • Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
  • Musicians accepted into the From the Top Community Performance Series program will be notified of performance opportunities as they arise.
  • Accepted musicians will have the opportunity to participate in as many performances as their schedules allow.
  • From the Top's performance calendar is still being developed. Confirmed venues include Goddard House Assisted Living, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Boston Children's Museum, beginning as early as October 2013.
  • Musicians must provide their own transportation to and from performance sites.
