About

This edition of From the Top, recorded at the 65th Annual Brevard Music Festival, spotlights some of the country’s rising young musical stars hailing from North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, as well as a young musical student from China.

A 15-year-old bassoonist shares some of the frustrations involved in learning to shave, and we hear about the escapades of two “tomboy princesses.”
