From the Top returns to Lincoln Center as guests of the New York Philharmonic. You’ll hear an artful performance of Poulenc’s Sonata for Clarinet featuring a teen from the New York City area, a performance of the much loved Adagio from Concierto de Aranjuez featuring a 17-year-old guitarist, and an original piece written by a young composer for her best friend. Also, we’ll take a magical trip to the future to learn what artistic fate awaits Christopher O’Riley!

Pianist Christopher O’Riley performs “You” by Radiohead, arranged by O’Riley

Clarinetist Won-Jin Jo, 17, from Malverne, NY, performs Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, 1st. mvt. by Francis Poulenc

Composer and pianist Julia Carey, 16, of Wellesley, MA and violinist Sarah Charness, 16, of Waban, MA perform “Pas de Deux” by Julia Carey

Guitarist Ben Pila and the Juilliard Pre-College Chamber Orchestra conducted by Ki-Sun Sung perform the Adagio from Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo
