Ada Zhu, flute

Meet Ada

ADA ZHU is currently a senior at Lexington High School. She started playing flute in the fourth grade and has been studying with Jessica Lizak for 5 years. She has been involved in many of the music ensembles at New England Conservatory Preparatory School, including the orchestras and the Junior and Senior Massachusetts Youth Wind Ensembles. This year, she will be playing with the Youth Symphony Orchestra at NEC Prep. She has been participating in the MMEA Northeastern junior and senior districts for many years, and was part of the Massachusetts All-State Band in 2016. Ada is looking forward to being part of this wonderful organization and spreading the beauty of music with so many talented musicians.

Ada is a member of the Center for Development of Arts Leaders (CDAL) in Boston.
