Aram Kim performed on Show 381 in Key West, FL.

Aram Kim (violin), 17, is a homeschooled high school senior from Latham, New York and a recipient of From the Top’s Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award. She studies violin at The Juilliard School Pre-College Program with Dr. Ann Setzer and Khullip Jeung. Aram was a semifinalist in the 2019 Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition. One of her favorite musical moments was working with David Robertson as concertmaster of the Juilliard Pre-College Orchestra in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. She auditioned for From the Top while attending Meadowmount School of Music in upstate New York this past summer. Aram likes to read and write stories in her spare time. She also enjoys trying different kinds of foods.
