Georgia Bourderionnet (cello), 17, is from New Orleans, Louisiana, where she attends Benjamin Franklin High School and studies with Jee Yeoun Ko at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. She is a recipient of the From the TopÕs Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award. Georgia has attended the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, the Academie Musicalta, the Orchestra des Jeunes du Centre, and the Birdfoot Chamber Music Festival. She has won the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra Young ArtistsÕ Concerto Competition, the Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition, and the Bount-Slawson Concerto Competition. Growing up bilingual with French and English, Georgia has a passion for learning new languages. She enjoys exploring different genres of music and particularly loves K-pop.
