This week, from New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall in Boston, you’ll hear five outstanding musicians, including a 13-year old violinist from California playing Wieniawski and a 15-year-old pianist from Alaska playing Liszt. Also, Roving Reporter Hayley Goldbach will prove a point by visiting a high school marching band.

Pianist Xiaolu Ning, 15, from Anchorage, Alaska performs Gnomenreigen by Franz Liszt
