This week, from the Warren Performing Arts Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, our line-up includes a tuba-playing teen performing Vaughn Williams, an award-winning string quartet burning the house down with Bartok, and a piece of new music written and played by teenagers.

Tubist Emily Carter, 16, from West Chester, OH, performs II. Romanza: Andante Sostenuto from Concerto in F minor by Ralph Vaughan-Williams

Pianist/composer Michael Taylor, 16 from Arlington, TX, violist and Matthew Lipman, 16, from University Park, IL, both Jack Kent Cooke Young Artists, perform Scene II and Scene III from Three Scenes for Viola and Piano by Michael Taylor

Violinist and Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Ren Martin-Doike, 17, from Bloomington, IN, performs I. Presto from Sonata No. 4, Op. 23 by Ludwig Van Beethoven

The Polaris Quartet (violinist Andrea Jarrett, 17, from Saline, MI; violinist Vince Meklis, 16, from Orland Park, IL; violist Matthew Lipman; and cellist Gabriel Cabezas, 16 from Wilmette, IL) from the Music Institute of Chicago performs V. Allegro Molto from String Quartet No. 4 by Béla Bartók
