Meet Jodi

Jodi joined From the Top in December of 2013. Born and raised in New England, she is delighted to be back home among her fellow Red Sox fans. Jodi has more than 15 years experience in non-profit arts marketing, communications, and management. She previously served as Vice President of Communications at Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville, AR, where she oversaw the branding, PR, marketing, box office, and website operations of a $10 million presenting arts center. She was the architect of the successful 10×10 Arts Series, a programming and marketing initiative designed to offer high-quality, diverse arts performances at a low cost, and served on the team that developed the Artosphere Arts and Nature Festival. Jodi currently serves as the Chair of the Alumni Advisory Board of the Bolz Center for Arts Administration. She was Treasurer of the Board of Directors for TheatreSquared, an award-winning regional theater, a board member on the North Arkansas Tourism Association, and was recognized as part of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class in 2011. Jodi also spoke at the region’s first TEDx conference, TEDx Bentonville in 2012, and helped produced TEDxFayetteville in 2013.

Jodi’s artistic background includes theatrical performance and production stage management. She co-founded the ensemble theatre troupe Present Tense Theater Project, and worked for Northern Stage, Madison Repertory Theater, and the Children’s Theatre of Madison.

Jodi lives in Jamaica Plain with her rescue dog, Sadie, and enjoys travel, writing, volleyball, and hiking. She also has recently taken up running, but to say she enjoys it would be a bit of a stretch.
